A composed, but heartbroken young lady, that many said resembled her father, took the stand late Monday afternoon to tell the 12 jurors about her father, the late Joe Shuping. That same jury, just minutes before, took less than an hour to find 23-year-old Glenn Hogan guilty on all counts of first degree murder of Shuping, first degree murder on the basis of torture, first degree murder on the basis of lying in wait, first degree murder on the basis of felony murder rule, robbery with a dangerous weapon, first degree murder on the basis of kidnapping, first degree kidnapping of Shuping, first degree kidnapping of Richard Freeman, first degree kidnapping of Landon Crabbe, first degree robbery of Shuping, first degree robbery of Freeman, first degree robbery of Crabbe and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
