The Montgomery County Department of Health and the Child Fatality Task Force would like to increase awareness and education to the general public on SIDS and infant sleep related death. Sudden Infant Death Syndrome is defined as the sudden and unexpected death of a seemingly healthy infant that occurs unexpectedly with the cause unknown prior to an investigation.
