Thomas “Cecil” Campbell, 77, of Troy, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at his home.
He was born on December 21, 1942 in Montgomery County and was a son of the late Jesse Talmadge and Esther Boyd Campbell. He served proudly in the U.S. Army, was a photographer by trade and was a member of the Montgomery Historical Society.
He is survived by daughter, Lisa Campbell Wilson and husband Tom of Troy; granddaughter, Jessica; and grandsons, Hunter and Jordan (Chelsie) and their daughter, Taylin Grace, who he affectionately called “Little Mermaid”. He is also survived his beloved former wife, Barbara Cagle Brigman; and son, Tim (Lynne), all of Cheraw, S.C. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Dewey A. Campbell and sister, Zelma Campbell Russell.
Services will be private.
