A little too late – that was the downfall of the Montgomery Central Timberwolves’ men’s basketball team when they hosted the Anson Bearcats Jan. 28 at The Nest. The Timberwolves entered the fourth quarter down by almost 20 points. Senior Keyshon Ingram took over the game for the Timberwolves, scoring 12 of his game-high 33 points in a short burst in the fourth quarter, cutting the Bearcat lead to four points. The Bearcats called a time out, took control of the game and finished with a run of their own as the visitors left with a 91 – 79 victory.
