Montgomery County residents continue to see some new cases of COVID-19 and even the occasional death associated with the virus, yet only a third of the county’s residents are fully vaccinated. Currently there are just over 9,000 residents vaccinated, a trend that has held fairly steady after the initial rush to get the vaccine.

There have been 3,393 cases of COVID documented in Montgomery County, and 97 people have died from the virus. According to local information, there are currently eight active cases in the county and 10 new cases have been reported in the past two weeks.
