Nearly a year after the first allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced against former teacher, coach and police officer, a grand jury has indicted Jason Hensley on four charges of statutory sexual offense with a child under the age of 15 and four counts of first degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
In the first three charges involving sexual exploitation of a minor, the grand jury found that Hensley permitted a minor under his custody or control, “To engage in sexual activity... intercourse, for the purpose of producing material of contains a visual representation depicting this sexual activity...” The fourth charge lays out an allegation of a minor under Hensley’s control being allowed to “engage in sexual activity, the lascivious exhibition of...for the purpose of producing material that contains a visual representation..." These incidents reportedly occurred between November 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.
