It was a long, tough season for the Montgomery Central Timberwolves. A tough schedule combined with many other factors prevented the Timberwolves from making the 3A playoffs in their inaugural season. Friday night they played their final game of the 2019 season when they traveled to Albemarle to face the Bulldogs. The Timberwolves’ lone desire was to salvage a season of what might’ve been with a victory.

In the end, it was a jet sweep to senior Jayshon Moore of Montgomery Central that proved to be the difference.
