Montgomery Central's Jalil Christian shoots a three-pointer

Tuesday, January 4, the Montgomery Central basketball team traveled to Albemarle to take on the Bulldogs from Albemarle High School. This was the team’s first game since the school let out for the holiday break. The Timberwolves came into the game looking to start the New Year off right by winning against a very talented team.

The game began slowly for the Timberwolves as they were able to score only seven first-quarter points. Although it was not the start Montgomery Central was looking for, the defense did manage to keep things from getting out of hand.
